About Us

Our Restaurant is more than a place to dine, it is a stage where gastronomy becomes art. With a touch of fine dining elegance, every plate is crafted as an experience rather than just a meal.

Our Mission

At CELS, our mission is to bring cultures closer together through gastronomy and art. We create a unique dining experience where each course represents a different country, reimagined with seasonal Belgian products. By blending authentic flavours with elements of music, painting, literature, and dance, we offer our guests not only a meal, but also a story, a journey of discovery, connection, and creativity.

Our Vision

By connecting gastronomy with art, our restaurant wants to become a cultural space where guests ship on a journey around the world without leaving Belgium. Through a carefully made course menu - one country, one dish, one story - visitors will not only discover new flavours but also connect with art inspired by each nation.

Meet the Team

Four countries, one kitchen.
We’re a team of four hospitality students from the Seychelles, Lithuania, Costa Rica and Spain. We came to Belgium to build one table where our traditions meet - introducing our cultures through seasonal Belgian produce, warm service and curious, open-minded cooking.

We believe in:
• Seasonality & Belgian produce
• Thoughtful craftsmanship
• Cultural exchange through food
• Warm, attentive hospitality
• Low-waste, responsible cooking
